While the creative upside to this diversity is apparent, the confluence of these different age groups all working together can pose unique challenges. This break-out session will provide vital information to help you better understand each generation - value systems, communication styles, motivations and more. More importantly, you'll learn different techniques to bridge the divide and maximize the assets that all generations bring to the table. This unique session will get through the superficial aspects and open your eyes to how intergenerational relationships can be as complex as intercultural relationships.
