- Classic Caesar Salad – Crisp Romaine Lettuce with Garlic Croutons, Fresh Shaved Parmesan, and Caesar Dressing.
- Club Croissant – Smoked Turkey Breast with Bacon, Havarti Cheese, Tomato, Lettuce, and Herb Mayonnaise on a Flaky Croissant. Served with Pasta Salad.
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich – Char-Grilled Chicken Breast, Roasted Red Pepper, Bacon, and Provolone Cheese with Cilantro Pesto on a Sweet French Roll. Served with French Fries.
Dinner and International Speech Contest

- California Mixed Greens with Poached Pears, Candied Pecans, and Gorgonzola Crumbles. Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette and Fresh Herb Vinaigrette.

- Chicken Picatta – With a White Wine and Lemon-Caper Sauce.
- New York Steak – 10 oz. Choice New York Steak grilled and served with Maitre d’ Butter.
- Penne Pasta – Sauteed Zucchini, Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, Olives and Artichoke Hearts tossed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Dessert
- Classic New York Cheesecake – Topped with a Fresh Strawberry Coulis
