Contest Rules

Who is eligible to compete in a contest?
How many judges, counters and timers are required at an Area contest? Division contest? District contest?

These and many more questions come up every contest season. All participants including contestants, chairs, judges, etc., should review the rules in advance and have a copy of the rulebook handy at the contest.
