Keynote Speaker: Joe DeAnda, CalHR’s Deputy Director of Communications
Mr. DeAnda was appointed CalHR’s Deputy Director of Communications in August 2016.
Prior to joining the CalHR team, Mr. DeAnda served as the spokesperson for CalPERS’
investment programs and worked in the State Treasurer’s Office under Bill Lockyer.
