Emergency DECM 2020-03-16
The District Executive Council decided to continue to conduct Speech Contests for the 2019-2020 contest cycle.
Contests conducted through June 1, 2020 will be done virtually.
The Program Quality Team has been tasked with communicating the details of how this will be implemented by March 31, 2020.
Virtual Contests will be conducted in April & May. Division Directors will decide when these contests will occur.
