The Successful Open House (e)\n1 Hr. Club Officer Development \nAttendance at the Club Officer Development hour plus one (1) additional hour will satisfy the District 39 requirement for training. \nThe District 39 requirement for the Training section (#9) of the Distinguished Club Program is\, one (1) hour of Club Officer Specific development + one (1) additional hour of enrichment development.
