REGISTRATION:

Pre-registration is required whether attending in-person or virtually.  In person attendance limited to 50 guests (not including Contestants and Contest Functionaries/Officials)
Light refreshments provided.

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Judges should arrive by 5:45 pm for briefings
Timers and ballot counters should arrive by 6:00 pm for briefings

Contestants should arrive by 6:30 pm for briefings
Contests start at 7:00 pm.
