EVENT DESCRIPTION
Description:

All Division Directors (10), Area Directors (38), and District Leadership (7) are invited to attend the District 39 DECMs on the second Saturday of the month. Your attendance is imperative because you are one of the 55 voting members of the District at the District Executive Committee Meetings (DECM). Your vote on important issues will determine the future of the District.

Also, your attendance at the DECM will allow you to understand the overall business of the District, provide a forum to share what is happening in your Division, and allow you to support each other through networking and relationship building. This is where we discuss our lessons learned; lessons that are successful or lessons that require more attention.

Finally, the DECM is the perfect venue for you, the leaders of your Division, to bring the up and coming leaders of your Division. This is where we can start to train our leadership of tomorrow. Please feel free to bring guests to the meeting.

An agenda will be posted online one week before the meeting. If you have any questions or concerns about the DECM, please contact Kathie O’Ray.

Virtual Meeting:

Since the DECMs might be at different locations, the distance to attend might prove to be a challenge.  For those that are at a distance, we do not want the distance and travel time to prevent you from attending.  Therefore, we plan to have a Zoom session running at all the DECMs.  Please be online to be counted.
