The Speechcraft program allows experienced Toastmasters to present the fundamentals of public speaking to non-members and to help others become Speechcrafters – essentially the best communicators they can be!
Speechcraft can be offered as an integral part of your club meeting or as a seminar-style program presented outside the club.
- Conducting Speechcraft inside the club setting makes it easier for participants to become members.
- Conducting Speechcraft outside the club setting can lead to the formation of a new Toastmasters club.
Speechcraft can be conducted in four, six, or eight sessions. Materials consist of one coordinator guide and materials to help recruit five people.
- Participants of the Speechcraft program are able to boost their confidence and improve their communication, public speaking and leadership skills—all within the safe Toastmasters environment.
- Toastmasters members who become Speechcraft Coordinators can earn DTM credit!
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: District 39 will be reimbursing the cost a single successfully completed Speechcraft program. If you host a successful Speechcraft program, you may receive the $50 program cost from the District.
