Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) – training programs are conducted concurrently. Training for one (1) hour in the Club Officer Specific role supplemented with additional enrichment courses.

*Attendance at the Club Officer Development hour plus one (1) additional hour will satisfy the District 39 requirement for training.
The District 39 requirement for the Training section (#9) of the Distinguished Club Program is, one (1) hour of Club Officer Specific development + one (1) additional hour of enrichment development.
