Mentoring & Club Officer Development 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Zoom only Mentoring matters. Learn the responsibilities and actions a mentor takes to quickly integrate new members into your club, fostering a sense of belonging and community. Help new members learn club standards and customs, club meeting roles, become involved in club activities, and advance faster. The second hour will be Club Officer Breakout sessions. Club officers are best served by consistent, professional, and engaging training that supports the brand, enhances member experience, and helps them grow as leaders. This training will provide you with the tools to begin your year as a Club Officer with confidence and competence. To fulfill the District 39 requirement for Club Officer Training, a Club Officer must attend one (1) hour of Club Officer specific training and one (1) additional hour of enrichment session. Attendance at both hours of this session may will satisfy the two (2) hour requirement for Club Officer Training.

Learn how to find out your new members goals, how to introduce club meeting roles, the importance of Club Officers, and how to begin their speaking and leadership journey. To fulfill the District 39 requirement for Club Officer Training, a Club Officer must attend one (1) hour of Club Officer specific training and one (1) additional hour of enrichment session. The Executive Committee for District 39 is comprised of the following roles: District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Public Relations Manager, District Administration Manager, District Finance Manager, Division Directors, Area Directors and Immediate Past District Director. We are also extending an invitation to our Parliamentarian.

The purpose of this meeting is for District leadership to provide what their services are, how they can assist you, and define the District Communication plan. This is an important meeting that requires participation from all Division and Area Directors. Your input is crucial. We need to move together as a team to be a successful District.
