In this meeting, we will review documents to be submitted to Toastmasters International: 2025-26 Budget 2025-26 District Success Plan 2025-26 Marketing Plan 2025-26 Communication Plan The DEC will also approve appointment of District 39 Area Directors

This workshop will begin with a live demonstration of filling in the Club Success Plan document followed by breakout rooms where club officers will complete their own club success plan.  The goal is to submit the plan by the end of this session.
