Club Officer Development *Attendance at the Club Officer Development hour plus one (1) additional hour will satisfy the District 39 requirement for training. (e) Enrichment Workshop The District 39 requirement for the Training section (#9) of the Distinguished Club Program is, one (1) hour of Club Officer Specific development + one (1) additional hour of enrichment development.
