The Club Success Plan 1 Hr. Club Officer Development *Attendance at the Club Officer Development hour plus one (1) additional hour will satisfy the District 39 requirement for training. The District 39 requirement for the Training section (#9) of the Distinguished Club Program is, one (1) hour of Club Officer Specific development + one (1) additional hour of enrichment development.
