District Director, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director PR Manager, Admin Mgr., Division Directors, Area Directors, Immediate Past District Director, Club Presidents and Club Vice Presidents of Education.
All other District members are welcome to attend but cannot participate in Council deliberations.
