District Executive Council Virtual Meeting (DECM)

District 39 Executive Committee Members* (DEC):

One of our most important responsibilities as leaders of District 39 is to conduct the overall business of the District, provide a forum to share what is happening in all of the Divisions of our territory, and, to support one another as we grow and serve in our respective areas.  The District Executive Committee Meeting (DECM) is the forum for all of this to take place and I hope you make every effort to attend these meetings — your voice (and vote) on several important matters is needed!

3. Executive Reports:
   • Finance Manager – Current Financial Status
   • PRM – PR Strategies for the year
   • CGD – Membership numbers, New Club Prospects and Incentives
   • PQD – Training, Upcoming Events, Fall Contests, Spring Conference
   • DD – District Budget & District Success Plan
4. Unfinished Business
5. New Business – if you have New Business you would like to bring to the DECM, it must be in writing to the District Director at jane.taff@district39.org prior to the meeting so it can be included in the PowerPoint presentation.

6. Announcements – if you have any Announcements, if possible, please submit it to the District Director at jane.taff@district39.org in writing prior to the meeting so it can be included in the PowerPoint presentation.
