Tracy Fletcher-Bowman has been a Toastmaster for over 20 years. In addition to achieving her DTM, Tracy has been a Division and Area Governor, Division Chief Judge, held every club officer position, recipient of the District Governor’s Special Award, and served on numerous conference committees. After working more than 40 years for the State of California, Tracy retired and is spending time as a member of the Retirees Giving Club Leadership Board with the United Way, beginning the process as a volunteer with the Roseville Police Department, and of course with Toastmasters! She was appointed by Toastmasters International as District 39’s Chief Ambassador for what was known as the Revitalized Education Program and will soon be rolling out as the Pathways Learning Experience. Tracy is excited to be putting together her final Ambassador team and begin visiting the clubs to share about this revolutionary new program!
