Fellow Club and District Leaders,
The following incentives are being offered by the District to encourage club growth and club communication and leadership excellence. Please take a moment to review the incentives and consider working with your club members toward achieving these goals. Working together we will continue to meet the communication and leadership needs of our members, while attracting more guests and adding new members to our clubs.
1.3.5.7.9 Distinguished Club Program Incentive
Clubs reaching Distinguished or better club status are the foundation of our district. These clubs exhibit a continued dedication to serving the needs of their members, thus creating a club culture of excellence which is reflected from the club to the district level. To encourage as many clubs as possible to set an early goal of reaching Distinguished or better club status during the 2015-2016 Toastmasters year, the 1.3.5.7.9 Distinguished club goals incentive is being offered.
Clubs reaching the following Distinguished Club Program goals between July 1 and October 15, 2015:
DCP Goal 1: 2 Competent Communication Awards
DCP Goal 3: 1 Advanced Communication Award
DCP Goal 5: 1 Leadership Award
DCP Goal 7: Four new, dual or reinstated club members
DCP Goal 9: At least four club officers trained during first round officer training (June 1 and August 31)
May choose one of the following:

- Portable Lectern and Lectern Banner
Or choose $100.00 in club supplies. Examples include the following:

Distinguished Club Program Incentive
All clubs achieving President’s Distinguished by May 15, 2016 will receive up to $50.00 in club merchandise. All clubs achieving Select Distinguished by May 15, 2016 will receive up to $25.00 in club merchandize. All clubs achieving Distinguished or Better Club Status by May 31, 2016 will receive up to $15.00 in club merchandize. (Only one award per club will apply)
Legacy Clubs
All clubs achieving Distinguished or Better Club Status for at least three consecutive years will receive a District 39 Legacy Club banner ribbon, Framed Certificate of Achievement, recognition in the District 39 Website, District 39 Newsletter and 2016 D39 Fall Conference Program.
Seven for Seven Clubs
Clubs earning credit for seven of seven club officers training during both first and second round club officer training during the 2015-2016 Toastmasters year will receive a District 39 Seven for Seven club banner ribbon and recognition in the District 39 Website, District 39 Newsletter and 2016 D39 Spring Conference Program.
