A Rising Star Club starts with 8 to 12 members on July 1, 2016, becomes distinguished, and grows the membership to 20 members by July 1, 2017.
Awards:
- Black Pearl Zenith Star Award presented to Immediate Past President at Fall Conference, November 2017
- Gold Medals presented to all officers
Requirements: July1, 2016-June 30, 2017
- Achieve Distinguished Club Status
- Clubs With 12 or Less Base Members Increase Membership to Net Gain of 20 or more Active Members
