Districts are a fundamental part of the Toastmasters International structure, serving as the driving force of our organization's continued growth. Through the efforts of the leaders of District 39 at all levels, more and more Northern Californians and Northwestern Nevadans are realizing the benefits of the Toastmasters system.

What makes a successful District? Flourishing Districts establish a climate in which all people are committed to the District's mission, know what is expected of them, and understand how they contribute to the District's vision of success. All District officers feel like they are members of a championship team on its way toward Distinguished District. The leadership of District 39 has prepared to be this championship team, and will be one of the premier Districts in the world!
